B2C Partners is a research firm covering ecommerce platforms and related services for online retail. It is led by Bill Mirabito. For more than a decade, Bill has managed ebusiness activities as both a marketer and technologist; providing guidance to hundreds of brands in North America and overseas.
Most recently, Bill covered ebusiness products and services as senior retail analyst at Forrester Research. He also founded an online specialty retailer with which he remains involved. Bill previously managed retail industry marketing for Demandware and Akamai Technologies. And for years prior, he led the online division of BJ’s Wholesale Club – a Fortune 500 retailer.
