Before establishing B2C Partners, Bill covered eBusiness products and services as senior retail analyst at Forrester Research. In the past, he led retail industry marketing for Demandware and Akamai Technologies. And for years prior, Bill led the online division of BJ’s Wholesale Club, a Fortune 500 retailer.
